Liberty Care at Home LTD is committed to delivering high quality, personalised domiciliary care and companionship for individuals and families who need support at home, whether for a short period or on an ongoing basis. We provide flexible care that adapts to each person's needs, preferences, and routines, ensuring comfort, dignity, and independence remain at the heart of everything we do.
Our service users can contact us directly with the type of support they require and the duration they need it. We match them with professional, compassionate staff who provide one to one care in the comfort of their own home. We maintain rigorous recruitment and training standards to ensure every member of our team brings strong knowledge, skill, and professionalism to their role.
We work in partnership with the people we support, building strong relationships and tailoring our approach to their individual needs. This collaborative way of working gives our clients flexibility, control, and confidence in the care they receive.
We provide high quality carers between 6:30am and 10pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We also offer Night Care from 21:30 to 07:30, which can be adapted to suit individual requirements.
Leadership
Jane Matthews, our experienced Registered Manager, leads the delivery of high quality, person centred care across Liberty Care at Home LTD. With nearly 30 years of experience in the adult social care sector, Jane brings extensive knowledge of care quality, regulatory standards, and best practice. She oversees day to day operations, working closely with service users, families, and staff to ensure care is safe, consistent, and tailored to individual needs.
Jane is supported by Maxine Ormiston, Manager of Liberty Care at Home LTD and a Registered Nurse with strong clinical and operational expertise. Maxine works alongside Jane to maintain excellent standards, support staff development, and ensure the smooth, safe running of the service. Her hands on approach and nursing background strengthen the quality and reliability of the care we provide.
Together, they lead a dedicated team committed to delivering dependable, compassionate, person centred care within people's homes.
